¡Parece mentira como vuela el tiempo..., ha pasado casi un mes desde mi ultima entrada! 
   Desde entonces ha habido muchas ocasiones para encender las luces en esta pequeña cocina, a ultima hora de la tarde, para hacer la cena. Sin ir mas lejos, ayer mismo...

La cocina shabby fue realizada por nosotros para la feria de Tom Bishop del pasado Noviembre, a modo de showroom, para mostrar los artículos que realizamos artesanalmente y tambien comercializamos, asi es que si veis alguna miniatura dentro de ella en la que estéis interesados, no dudéis en contactarnos. Estaremos encantados de atenderos.

Espero que os haya divertido verla al menos tanto como a nosotros realizarla.

The shabby kitchen was done by us to last November Tom Bishop’s fair as a showroom to display the items we made and sell, so if there is any miniature in it you are interested in, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to attend you.

Mi cocina shabby I/My shabby kitchen I

No se si recordareis que en unos posts que hacia en mi blog justo antes de Navidades, os mostraba los previos de una escena de cocina que estaba realizando. Pues bien, tras llenar armarios (¡hay que ver cuánta capacidad tienen!!), instalar la iluminacion, colgar cortinas, y otros detallitos para darle un poco de vida, por fin puedo mostraros algunas fotos de la escena ya terminada.

In a previous post that I wrote on my blog just before Christmas,  I showed you some steps of a roombox kitchen that I was making, do you remember?

Well, after to fill the cupboards (really they are a great hold up!!), to install the ilumination, to put up the curtains and to add other details "to give it life", finally I show you some pictures of the roombox finished.

Son imagenes con luz de día, y como aun no he podido hacer fotos con las luces de la escena encendidas, en unos dias volvere a estar por aqui para enseñaros las imagenes de la parte que quizas mas me guste de este mundo en miniatura: la escena con su iluminacion.

Christmas in red and white

Siempre me han encantado los colores rojo y blanco para decorar en Navidad. 

Con esa idea he realizado un mueble-estanteria en el que todos los pequeños adornos estan hechos a mano en esos colores. 

Ya sea en escala real o en mini, creo que la combinacion de estos dos colores siempre es un acierto, y me gusta. Podeis encontrarlo a la venta aqui.

I always liked the colours red and white to decorating in Christmas. So, with this idea I made this cupboard in which all the little ornaments are handmade in these colours.

I have to say I love the results either in big or little size.

Vestido para Navidad/Dressed for Christmas

A escasos 20 dias para Navidad (¡Dios mio, solo 20 dias...!!) ya es hora de vestir el blog para estas fiestas, y tambien de añadir a mi tienda algunos detalles navideños para decorar nuestras casas de muñecas o escenas en esta epoca del año tan especial. Barely 20 days away for Christmas (Oh my, only 20 days..!!) it is time to dress the blog for this holidays, and to add to my shop some Christmas details to decorate our dollhouses or scenes in these days so special. You will find them here. Hope you like them!!

¡Que gran Feria! What a great Fair!

El fin de semana paso tan rapido como habia ocurrido con las semanas previas a la Feria, y esta vez no tuve ocasion de hacer ninguna foto a las mesas de los restantes expositores de la Bishop (mi camara decidio que no trabajaba sin pilas...)

Os dejo la unica instantanea que tengo de nuestra mesa, y que gentilmente me ha cedido una clienta (¡que haria yo sin ti, Cristina!).

The weekend went by as quickly as had happened with the previous weeks, and this time I am not able to take pictures to the other Bishop's Fair exhibitors (my camera didn't accept working without battery...)

I show you the one pic I have of my table (a lovely customer of mine gave me it).

Mil gracias a todos los amigos que se acercaron a saludarnos, tambien a las personas que tan amablemente elogiaron nuestro trabajo, y por supuesto a nuesta hija Beatriz que nos ayudo tanto una vez mas...

Es un trabajo que me gustaria terminar a tiempo para la Feria de Tom Bishop, que como sabeis se celebra en Madrid los dias 12 y 13 de noviembre proximos, asi es que ya puedo darme prisa porque aun quedan cosas por hacer, y el tiempo vuela!!

I would like to take this work to the next Tom Bishop's Fair, which will celebrate at Madrid, (Nov. 12th and 13th), so I have to hurry up because time flies!!
